Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with DMV procedures, vehicle-related transactions, or accounting principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing and resolving licensing cases related to Registration Management, Initial Licensing, Title Management, UCC Filings, and State Changes/Buyouts.
• Researching and addressing client licensing requests with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring, prioritizing, and managing multiple cases and workload efficiently.
• Utilizing the DMV Terminal and other office technologies to complete cases in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Demonstrating attention to detail, thoroughness, and professionalism in all work.
