Job summary

Holman is seeking a Licensing Specialist in Mount Laurel, NJ to manage licensing cases including registration, title management, and UCC filings. You will research requests, prioritize workload, and ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

We require 2–4 years in case management or administrative support, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Holman offers competitive wages and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of DMV procedures and vehicle-related transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Works and resolves Licensing cases related to Registration Management, Initial Licensing, Title Management, UCC Filings, and State Changes / Buyouts.
• Researches and resolves client Licensing requests, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Monitors, prioritizes, and manages cases and workload
• Utilizes the DMV Terminal to complete cases efficiently and ensure compliance
• Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and effectiveness in work
