Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization seeking a Licensing Specialist to resolve registrations, titles, and related UCC filings. You will research requests, prioritize caseloads, and ensure accuracy while meeting deadlines with guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Admin preferred.
• 2–4 years' experience in case management, admin support or customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Resolve Licensing cases related to Registration Management, Initial Licensing, Title Management, UCC Filings, and State Changes/Buyouts.
• Research and resolve licensing requests with accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor, prioritize, and manage cases and workload.
• Utilize the DMV Terminal to complete cases in compliance with regulations.
• Manage time effectively and meet deadlines with some supervisor guidance.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
