Job summary

• Knowledge of TxDMV, State and Federal regulations, legislation, guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Experience with training and development procedures and learning management systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for instructing others and facilitating workshops.

Responsibilities

• Processes license applications in accordance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies in a high-volume environment.
• Reviews applications and supporting documentation for completeness and verifies documents.
• Performs data entry of license applications, fees, and related documents with attention to data integrity.
• Generates deficiency notices for missing documents and guides applicants through the process to issuance of licenses.
• Travels up to 10% and may require extended hours including some evenings and weekends as needed.
• Attends work regularly and adheres to approved work hours.
