Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a Licensing Coordinator I to support our customers by reviewing, filing, and submitting contracts, licenses, applications, and related administrative tasks. You will process agent contracts and licensing with carriers promptly and accurately, and assist in onboarding new carriers and agents.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely document handling, and strong customer service across in-person and written communications, contributing to a smooth agent

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; entry-level acceptable.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and accurate.
• Proficient with basic computer apps: email, word processing, spreadsheets, internet.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts and licensing for agent appointments with carriers accurately and timely.
• Compile and verify data to be entered; ensure completeness and correctness.
• Record work, transmit information to database, file or route documents.
• Provide customer service by answering inquiries about document status and resolving issues.
• Follow processes to ensure timely turnaround and updates to contracts and licenses.
• Onboard new carriers and new agents; support special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
