Integrity is seeking an Agent Licensing & Contracting Coordinator in Connecticut to support licensing, carrier appointments, and contracting processes for our network of agents. You will coordinate across carriers, agents and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple contracting requests while maintaining detailed records and staying current with carrier

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in insurance contracting, licensing, administration, or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience working with multiple systems and databases.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Process new agent contracting applications with multiple life insurance carriers.
• Review applications for accuracy before submission.
• Monitor contract submissions and follow up with carriers for timely processing.
• Maintain records of agent contracts and carrier requirements.
• Submit and process contract maintenance requests and updates.
• Educate agents on contracting procedures and necessary documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service while handling challenging situations.
