Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group, based in Dallas, Texas, seeks a Licensing & Contracting Supervisor to lead day-to-day licensing and contracting operations for PHP Agency. The role oversees Team Leads and Licensing Coordinators, driving accuracy, speed, and regulatory compliance while delivering a high-quality agent experience.

You will partner with agents, carrier partners, and cross-functional teams to set standards, manage escalations, and onboard talent, ensuring readiness to conduct business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance licensing, contracting, compliance, or operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Ability to coach teams, establish accountability, and align execution with a field-driven culture.
• Strong systems thinking, analytical judgment, reporting, and process-development skills.
• Experience with CRM, workflow, ticketing, or comparable operational systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and Licensing Coordinators, building capability and a pipeline of future leaders.
• Set clear expectations for productivity, quality, service levels, collaboration, and accountability.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, team huddles, performance coaching, and development conversations that support individual growth and team cohesion.
• Provide timely feedback, mentoring, recognition, and appropriate performance intervention to sustain a high-performing culture.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training so team members build proficiency in processes, systems, service communication, and compliance requirements.
• Identify skill gaps and implement focused development plans, cross-training, and practical learning opportunities.
• Conduct quality reviews of work and calls to reinforce accuracy, consistency, and company standards.
• Identify inefficiencies, recurring errors, and service barriers; implement solutions that improve workflow and business outcomes.
• Monitor work queues, turnaround times, workloads, service levels, and daily team performance; adjust priorities and resources as needed.
