Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and submit agent contracts and change requests to carriers.
• Input and maintain contracting data into spreadsheets and databases.
• Answer phones and route requests to the appropriate staff member.
• Coordinate with carriers for contracting follow-ups and status updates.
