Job summary

Mattel, Inc. in El Segundo, CA is seeking an Associate Manager, Consumer Products to support the growth of the CP business through new initiatives and strategic focus areas.

You will manage licensee relationships, contribute to line planning, and coordinate with legal and finance on contracts while tracking forecasts and sell-in data.

Qualifications

• 3-5 yrs of experience in consumer products/licensing.
• Understanding of licensing processes and CP industry.
• Knowledge of Mattel brands and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serves as point of contact for assigned licensees/categories for account management, line planning, approvals, and financials.
• Liaises with category managers/licensees to negotiate contract details; inputs requests in RightsLogic and coordinates with legal/finance.
• Collects sell-in sheets and communicates retail placement and projections.
