Job summary

Mattel Sales Corp. in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Sr Associate, Consumer Products to drive licensing growth across UCANZ by managing a portfolio of licensees and executing licensing plans.

You will oversee day-to-day licensee relationships, develop opportunities, coordinate product development, and ensure alignment with Mattel brand standards and business objectives. This is an in-office role with Friday work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Marketing/Business degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3+ years in consumer products, licensing, apparel, retail or similar.
• Experience managing relationships with licensees or external partners.
• Understanding of end-to-end licensing lifecycle and partner management.
• Strong ability to analyze sales, royalty and market data for opportunities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal and Product teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent organisational and project-management能力.

Responsibilities

• Execute licensing plans across UCANZ licensees and manage the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities, trends and whitespace, providing recommendations to the Manager.
• Onboard new licensing partners and manage end-to-end lifecycle of licensing.
• Coordinate product development, brand standards and commercial objectives with cross-function teams.
• Support category opportunities, pitches and marketing presentations for licensees.
• Maintain licensee relationships, perform quarterly reviews and update forecasts.
• Coordinate production samples and logistics with licensees and partners.
