Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and coach spa staff.
• Lead outreach marketing for the spa.
• Oversee daily ops, inventory, client relations, and financial goals.
• Perform up to 10 spa treatments per week.
• Provide orientation tours and answer guest questions.
• Describe spa treatments, packages, services, hours, and features.
• Promote spa services, sessions, and retail actively.
• Address guest questions professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized spa environment.
