Equinox in Westlake Village is seeking a Licensed Spa Coordinator to manage front-desk and spa operations, greet guests, orient them to spa facilities and provide personalized service. The role supports staff hiring, outreach marketing, inventory control, and daily budgeting while ensuring a premium guest experience in a fast-paced luxury club setting.

The candidate must hold a California Massage Therapy or Esthetics License, be customer-focused, and capable of thriving in a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid California Massage Therapy or Esthetics License.
• Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and coach spa staff.
• Lead outreach marketing for the spa.
• Manage daily operations, inventory, goals and budgets.
• Provide spa orientation tours and answer guest questions.
• Describe spa treatments, packages, services, hours of operation.
• Promote spa services, sessions and retail options.
• Address guest questions professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment.
