Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in West Palm Beach is seeking a Licensed Spa Coordinator to join our growing team. The role focuses on delivering a memorable experience for members and clients, greeting guests, and orienting them to spa facilities.

You will interview, hire, coach staff, manage daily operations, promote services, handle questions, and maintain a safe, clean spa. A Florida massage therapy license and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Florida Massage Therapy license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Able to be efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and coach spa staff.
• Outreach marketing for the spa.
• Manage daily operations including inventory, client relationships, and budgeting.
• Perform up to 10 spa treatments weekly.
• Provide orientation tours and explain spa amenities.
• Describe spa treatments, packages, services, hours.
• Actively promote spa services, sessions, and retail.
• Answer guest questions professionally and courteously.
• Maintain a safe, clean spa environment.
