Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager in Illinois to bridge leadership with creative styling. You will mentor the team, oversee daily operations, manage scheduling, and contribute to a positive guest journey.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours/week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Previous leadership experience preferred; strong attitude and communication required.
• Bring personal equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily floor operations and manage the appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model to help achieve goals.
• Ensure salon compliance with State Board and OSHA standards for safety.
• Assist with local marketing efforts and campaigns to keep chairs filled.
