Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Leader to be the right hand to the Salon Leader and keep the shop energetic, guest-focused, and on track. This full-time role combines hands-on styling with leadership duties, mentoring the team and supporting positive salon culture.

You will oversee daily operations, develop scheduling strategies, and help run a profitable salon while welcoming new talent and growing in leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Great attitude, basic math for inventory/cash, and stellar communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and manage the appointment book in Zenoti to ensure guests leave satisfied.
• Coach & mentor staff using the IGROW model.
• Ensure salon compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support marketing through local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs full.
