Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform services.
• Strong attitude, communication, and inventory/cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and manage daily operations, including the appointment book.
• Coach and mentor stylists to hit goals and grow their careers.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety to meet State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support local marketing and partnerships to keep chairs filled.
