Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who blends creative styling with leadership. You’ll support daily operations, mentor stylists, and help drive the Guest Journey while maintaining salon standards.

This full-time role focuses on onboarding, scheduling, and keeping the salon compliant with State Board and OSHA guidelines, with commissions and tips contributing to pay.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license required for the applying state.
• Experience leading a salon team a plus; strong attitude and communication are essential.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage appointments in Zenoti, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor stylists to achieve goals and career growth.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support local marketing partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs full.
