Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily operations and support stylists behind the chair. As the right hand to the Salon Leader, you will maintain guest satisfaction, manage the schedule, and drive performance metrics across the team.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, excellent communication, and the stamina to stand long hours. This full-time role includes benefits and opportunities for growth within the Hair Cuttery network.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license in the applicable state.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Strong attitude, basic math skills for inventory/cash handling, and stellar communication.
• Bring your own personal equipment daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor operations and manage the appointment book.
• Coach and mentor stylists to achieve goals and grow careers.
• Ensure the salon meets State Board and OSHA standards for a safe environment.
• Assist with local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs full.
