Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who loves being behind the chair but also wants to lead. You’ll mentor the team, drive guest experiences, and help run a profitable salon while preserving your creative edge.

This full-time leadership role requires a current cosmetology license, stamina to stand for long hours, strong communication, basic math for inventory and cash, and a commitment to safety and state board standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a current cosmetology license for the state of application.
• This is a full-time leadership role (40 hours per week).
• Able to stand for long periods; strong math, inventory, and cash handling skills.
• Great attitude, solid communication, and leadership potential are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and support daily salon operations.
• Coach & mentor stylists to meet goals and grow careers.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with state standards.
• Assist with local marketing and keep chairs full.
