Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the state where you’re applying.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Must have the stamina to stand for long periods and perform all salon services with precision.
• Great attitude, strong communication, and basic math skills for inventory and cash.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: manage daily operations and the appointment book in Zenoti to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach & Mentor: develop teammates using the IGROW model to reach goals.
• Keep it Clean & Compliant: ensure OSHA and State Board standards are met.
• Marketing Pro: support local partnerships and digital campaigns to keep chairs full.
