Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager to lead daily operations while maintaining hands-on styling. You will mentor the team, manage the guest journey, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced salon environment.

This full-time leadership role requires a Cosmetology license, strong communication, inventory skills, and a positive attitude to drive performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license for the applying state is required.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Must have stamina to stand long periods and strong communication skills.
• Leadership experience is a plus; positive attitude and math basics for inventory/cash are essential.
• Bring personal equipment daily and be ready to rock.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations on the shop floor and manage the appointment book.
• Coach and mentor stylists to achieve goals and grow careers.
• Ensure the salon meets safety standards and OSHA/state Board requirements.
• Support local marketing efforts to keep chairs full and brand buzzing.
