Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is looking for an Assistant Salon Manager in Illinois. This role blends behind-the-chair skills with leadership to guide the team and uphold a premier guest experience.

You'll coach staff using the IGROW model, manage daily operations (appointment book, safety standards), and help drive marketing efforts to keep chairs full. Open to licensed cosmetologists with 40 hours/week availability and a passion to grow into management.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license required for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Stamina to stand for long periods and perform salon services with precision.
• Great attitude, strong communication, and basic math skills for inventory and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Floor: manage daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
