Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking an In-house Sales Executive to assist Owners and guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation moments. You will answer questions about property use and amenities, provide recommendations, and follow up on referrals from Owners.

Responsibilities include fulfilling requests for pricing, maps, descriptions, and portfolio information; monitoring satisfaction and promoting promotions; and maintaining records for follow-up opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• One-year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer Owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner info collected.
• Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
• Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
• Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, promote upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (reloads, referrals).
• Develop and maintain records on customer contacts to support effective follow-up opportunities.
• Welcome and greet guests; interact professionally; contribute to team goals; follow company policies and safety procedures.
