Job summary

AXEN Realty is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to work full-time remotely, serving clients across the United States. You will prospect and follow up with leads, conduct virtual and occasional in-person showings, prepare and present listing agreements and offers, and guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes.

You will manage transactions from consultation to closing, coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in the state(s) where you operate.
• Strong Real Estate and market knowledge including contracts and processes.

Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent will work full time in a remote capacity, serving clients through virtual and in-person interactions as needed. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting virtual and occasional in-person property showings, preparing and presenting listing agreements and purchase offers, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process. The agent will manage transactions from initial consultation through closing, coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and maintain accurate records and documentation. The role also involves using AXEN Realty’s technology platforms, market data, and marketing tools to build a strong pipeline, expand professional networks, and deliver high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the state(s) where they plan to operate, with good standing and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, valuation principles, contracts, and transaction processes.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close transactions effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, responsiveness, and a client-focused approach.
• Relevant skills and qualifications include proficiency with real estate CRM systems and online listing platforms, comfort working remotely with digital collaboration tools, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Prior experience as a licensed real estate agent or in a related sales role is highly beneficial; knowledge of multi-state markets is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet performance goals, and adhere to ethical and legal standards in all real estate activities.
