Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in Phoenix, AZ. The Real Estate Agent will work with residential and/or investment clients to identify suitable properties, conduct property tours, and guide clients through the transaction process from initial consultation to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include using KairosIQ tools to analyze market data, assess property values, and identify high-potential opportunities, as well as preparing listings, drafting offers, and coordinating inspections and appraisals. The role includes managing client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, negotiating purchase terms, and ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations. The Real Estate Agent will collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on the platform and support continuous improvement in data-driven decision-making for clients.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and strong knowledge of Real Estate transactions and regulations.
• Experience in Sales and Real Property, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication, responsiveness, and client advocacy.
• Comfort with data-driven tools and technology platforms; ability to interpret market analytics and property metrics.
