Job summary

AXEN Realty LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent to guide clients through buying, selling and leasing real property from consultation to closing.

Daily duties include prospecting leads, property showings, contract preparation/review, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors and title companies. You will analyze market trends, prepare CMA reports, and maintain compliant records while representing the AXEN Realty LLC brand.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada real estate license and solid knowledge of local regulations.
• Proven sales abilities including prospecting, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent customer service with clear communication and expectation management.
• Basic tech proficiency: MLS, CRM, email and document management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients/listings.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with leads to build a strong client pipeline.
• Conduct property showings and prepare/ review contracts.
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors and title companies to close transactions.
• Analyze market trends and prepare comparative market analyses (CMA).
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and brokerage rules.
• Represent the AXEN Realty LLC brand and participate in team meetings and training.
