Job summary

AXEN Realty is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to work full-time remotely, serving clients across the United States. You will prospect and follow up with leads, conduct virtual and occasional in-person showings, prepare and present listing agreements and offers, and guide clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes.

You will manage transactions from consultation to closing, coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and title companies, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in the state(s) where you operate.
• Strong Real Estate and market knowledge including contracts and processes.
• Proven sales and negotiation skills with lead generation and closing.
• Excellent customer service with clear communication and responsiveness.
• Experience with real estate CRM systems and online listing platforms.
