Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Massachusetts, Connecticut, or Rhode Island.
• Proven experience representing buyers and sellers.
• Established client relationships and ongoing business development.
• Strong negotiation, marketing, and transaction management skills.
• Self-motivated professionals who can manage their own business.
• Agents seeking growth, self development and professional opportunities.
• Commitment to exceptional client service and ethical practices.

Responsabilités

• Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Generate leads and build a sustainable real estate business.
