AEG Vision is seeking a Licensed Practice Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to lead a multi-disciplinary optometry location. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and partner with OD clinicians to deliver exceptional patient experiences and sales results.

The role requires licensure, optical dispensing experience, and strong leadership with a focus on financial performance and patient care. This is a full-time, on-site position within a growing optometry network.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional setting background with leadership capacity.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Business Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related management field.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Optician Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead location operations and staff development to ensure high performance.
• Drive top-line sales, margin, and profitability while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with District Manager to meet financial plans and performance targets.
• Ensure compliant operations and loss prevention across the practice.
• Work with staff and OD partners to provide professional eye exams and services.
