Job summary

AEG Vision in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations, drive superior patient care, and align clinical and business goals. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and service delivery while partnering with the Optometrist and Field Leadership to ensure a consistent, patient-centered experience.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing staff, monitoring performance metrics, and executing company initiatives in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, observation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, trends, business gaps, patient feedback, and performance data.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Serve as primary on-site floor leader, aligning priorities and patient needs.
• Partner with Optometrist to support exam flow, service expectations, and patient handoffs.
• Coach and develop team members, recognize performance, and uphold patient care standards.
• Support new hire development, training, and technology updates.
• Monitor patient feedback and trends to drive service improvements.
