AEG Vision seeks a Licensed Practice Manager to lead the on-site team, deliver exceptional patient care, and drive meaningful business results. You will coach staff, manage patient flow, and align with providers to ensure high performance and service excellence.

The role emphasizes accountability, compassionate leadership, and developing people while guiding operations and technology adoption in a fast-paced optical practice.

Formación

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in optical, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or a comparable service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Optical technical knowledge or comparable healthcare, retail, or service leadership experience.
• Optician certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, labor planning, service execution and consistency.
• Serve as the primary on-site floor leader supporting team alignment and patient needs.
• Establish clear expectations for staff, priorities, and performance goals.
• Partner with the Optometrist to support exam flow and service offerings.
• Lead, coach, develop, recognize, and hold staff accountable for performance and care standards.
• Support new hire development and ongoing training, technology updates, and process changes.
• Reinforce exceptional patient service behaviors and timely follow-up.
• Monitor patient feedback, trends, and opportunities to improve experience and performance.
• Review results to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; report to leadership.
• Collaborate with District Manager on sales, profitability, and practice growth.
• Communicate priorities to staff and connect results to behavior and execution.
• Use reports and trend data to identify opportunities across access, service, and operations.
• Learn and adapt to practice systems, software, and evolving digital workflows.
• Support team adoption of current and future practice technology, including AI tools.
• Ensure accuracy across systems, transactions, and documentation; uphold policies.
• Share best practices and support initiatives that improve performance and care.
• Perform other duties as assigned by field leader.
