Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a Licensed Practice Manager to lead a full-scope optometry practice in Arizona. You’ll guide the on-site team, oversee daily patient flow and staffing, and partner with the Optometrist to uphold clinical service standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and data-driven decisions to improve patient experience and practice performance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in optical operations.
• State Licensure required; optical dispensing experience essential.
• Professional qualifications in optical management preferred (optician certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations across patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Coach and develop team while maintaining high patient care standards and service recovery.
• Collaborate with Optometrist and Field Leadership to ensure clinical alignment and operational consistency.
• Monitor patient feedback and trends, and implement improvement plans to enhance the patient experience.
