AEG is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a busy optometry practice, inspiring and supporting the team to deliver exceptional patient care while achieving meaningful business results. The role focuses on improving patient flow, staff development, and operational execution.

You will partner with an Optometrist and district leadership to align clinical service and practice growth in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role in optical, healthcare, or related service industry.
• Strong communication, coaching, and follow-up skills.
• Experience improving patient flow and service delivery.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate into actionable steps.
• Proven ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Eyecare/optical leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily practice operations, patient flow, staffing, scheduling, and labor planning.
• Serve as the on-site floor leader ensuring alignment with patient care standards.
• Set clear expectations for staff and monitor performance goals.
• Collaborate with Optometrist and field leaders to support service offerings.
• Coach and develop team, recognizing performance and accountability.
