Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care units. You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and provide patient care with outcomes in mind.

You will educate residents and families, communicate with physicians and care teams, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.

• Current License-LPN
