Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an LPN to join our skilled and long-term care units. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, including IVs, and monitor resident outcomes.

A current LPN license is required. The role offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay, with opportunities for advancement and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and union benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Experience with medication administration and IVs is preferred.
• Ability to take and record vital signs and monitor treatments.
• Experience communicating with physicians, families and other health professionals.
• Supervising CNAs and coordinating resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
