Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Setauket, NY seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in the Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration (IVs), vital signs, and direct patient care with outcome monitoring.

You will collaborate with physicians and NPs, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care. Daily pay and other benefits are offered along with a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Experience with IV medications preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled and Long Term Care Units.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor treatment outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
