Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and support care plans.
