Job summary

Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for residents in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Responsibilities include medication administration, including IVs, taking vital signs, and providing treatments with monitoring of outcomes.

You will educate residents and families, communicate with physicians, NPs and the care team, and supervise CNAs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license.
