Job summary
Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an LPN to provide skilled nursing care in our SNF and long-term care units. You will administer medications (including IVs), monitor residents, and support families and staff in a dynamic post-acute setting.
The role includes supervising CNAs, documenting outcomes, and communicating with physicians and NPs to ensure quality care. A current LPN license is required, with opportunity for daily pay and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
