Job summary
Water's Edge at Port Jefferson for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in the SNF and Long Term Care units. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and coordinate care with physicians, NPs, and CNAs under supervision.
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay, with competitive wages and benefits.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
- Medication administration, including IVs.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
