The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center At Nesconse is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support residents in our Skilled Unit and Long-Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and direct patient care with outcome monitoring.

Join us for a fresh approach to skilled nursing, with daily pay, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and Vision. Current LPN license required.

Qualifications

• Current License-LPN is required.

Responsibilities
