Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled unit and long-term care team. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and resident education in a SNF setting.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Current Tennessee License-LPN
