Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care units. We offer 12-hour day and overnight shifts, competitive wages, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Excellent communication and bedside care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Medication administration, including IVs, and recording vital signs.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.

• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
