Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled unit and long-term care teams. The role includes medication administration, vital signs, and patient education, on a facility that values hands-on care and teamwork.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

Are you a LPN nurse who is tired of the same old nursing home routine? We are taking a very fresh approach to skilled nursing. We have 12 hour day and overnight shifts avaiable.
