Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our skilled unit and long term care team. Provide medication administration, monitor vital signs, and deliver resident care and treatments, including IVs where qualified.

Day and overnight 12-hour shifts are available with full-time and part-time opportunities. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, paid training and health coverage; uniforms provided and employee perks.

• Current Tennessee LPN license is required.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Current Tennessee License-LPN
