Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lakewood, TN, is seeking an LPN/LVN for full- or part-time roles. You will administer medications, including IVs, and monitor vital signs while delivering resident care in skilled and long-term units.

Responsibilities include patient and family education, clear communication with physicians and NPs, and supervising CNAs. A Tennessee LPN license is required; enjoy competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
• Experience in SNF/Long Term Care is a plus.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour
