Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide comprehensive nursing care in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. The role includes medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, and close collaboration with physicians and families.

The position offers day and night shifts, full-time and part-time options, and supportive benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Ability to perform medication administration including IVs.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications and monitor outcomes.
• Record vital signs and assist with treatments.
• Educate residents and families on care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, and staff.
• Supervise CNAs.
