CareRite Centers, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing and long-term care units. Shifts include day and night on a 12-hour schedule, with full-time and part-time positions available.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
• Supervising CNAs
