Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. We offer 12-hour day and night shifts, advancement opportunities, and pay up to $35.00/hour, with benefits including 401(k), PTO, paid training, and free uniforms.

You will administer medications (including IVs), record vital signs, provide resident care and education, and communicate with physicians, NPs, families and the care team while supervising

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN)

• Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit. Duties Include; Medication Administration, including IVs.Taking and recording vital signs.
• Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.
