Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to care for residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. Duties include medication administration, vital signs, and collaborative care with physicians and families.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Up to $35.00/hour
